BorisGr: I think it's not a bad idea: i started doing it with strength training (crunches and stuff) and it forces you to realize when you've been slacking if it doesn't appear in the weekly total. So i say, go for it!

eddie: I log peach cobbler eating, so stretching *must* be acceptable. Unfortunately, I only had 1 hour of peach cobbler eating in all of 2005 :(

szurcher: well eddie, don't over-do it in 2006, you should never increase more than 10% in a week.
Boris, I agree with you. I have been very consistant in the past, but have never logged it, and it's something I do to stay injury free, which helps me train more, so I guess it's like training.

ken: I just started logging stretching a few weeks ago, so I'm not allowed to give you a hard time about it ;-)

Sergey: Add power yoga to your portfolio and you will see the difference at the start of the season :)
Stretching is must as part of the training process thus should be included, indeed.

jfredrickson: Power yoga. Rawr! That sounds more intense than plyometrics!
