| Swampfox: | So glad to see you're finally back in Bern! Some of us thought you were never going to leave Burkino Faso for nothing. Banfora and Kaya might be nice places, but they aren't Switzerland. |

| Swisscheese: | Coming back is tough... thick fog, freezing cold... brrr! But the will needs also to be trained, I guess there is nothing better than biting atmospheric conditions for that. (uhm, you are supposed to see everywhere something positive...) |

| jfredrickson: | The will also need to be trained. Can I quote you on that? |

| piutepro: | They need dentists all around the world and the Grand Canyon is definitely better to train than the Gurten... (for the the non-Swiss readers: This is a mountain/hill in Switzerland near Bern).
I still tell people here the story of running up the Gurten and taking the train down. Americans would probably do the opposite... |

| Swisscheese: | Actually, last winter one of my consistent interval trainings was to run up the Gurten (300m climb) full speed (13min), take the train down, and do it once more. That you really can't do in the Grand Canyon... but much more.
I am sure there must be potential work at the Grand Canyon... all those tourist falling down a cliff and breaking their front teeth, they surely want repairs asap. Daniel, did you study in Bern and now work in NY? Is that right? |
