I will be hosting a training day in Great Falls, Virginia, on Saturday, 28 January. I am limiting the training to 20 people, as more than that and we'd have to go through official channels for permission, etc.
Women will have first shot to sign up, until 20 January. Men, sign up now as well; I'll maintain a list and after the 20th, I'll take as many men as I have room for on a first-come, first-serve basis. I highly doubt I'll fill all 20 spots with women, so don't hesitate to sign up.
Right now, I am not sure what all we'll do, so if you have any particular things you'd like to work on, let me know.
Details, including times and perhaps exercises and directions if you need them, will be sent out closer to the day.
If you're from out of town, come for the weekend. Sunday will be QOC's Maryland Champs on the other side of the river at Great Falls, MD, one of our nicest areas.
