Once however I ran a UCT record with Neil S, Shaun B and Chris S. I ran a 4:53 time. Do you have any idea what I might have run over the mile D? Otherwise that will have to stand as my PB! |

| Coach.dion: | The fastest mile I ever did was a street mile at Blouburg in 4:22 (wind behind) but other than that I don't think I have race any except in the 24hour relay!!! averaged 5:06 for 26 of them with a fastest of 4:53!!! can't ran that fast anymore... |
