StK66: Your graph for the week looks fantastic Briohny. Training every day - keep up the great work. With dad overseas you won't have anyone to slow you up either!!

briohny: thanks russell, has been a struggle getting motivated this week with the dark mornings and arvos plus the rain, but gotta get a good base in before I head overseas in 2 weeks... then it'll all be downhill for 5 weeks!!

StK66: I thought your AP seemed to be suggesting you were heading overseas. Is the big workload in preparation for some Orienteering? If so, which events?

briohny: going to woc and running in the spectator events which should be fun (meeting up with mum and dad for the week), however my big workload is probably more in preparation for the 3 weeks after czech when trent and i are doing a bus tour in europe and more than likely not much running

Golfer: Hey that's a bit harsh with the "slow you up" comment Russ :)

Looks like Hawkies can't handle their #1 fan being out of the country! (although I was still in Sydney when the game finished :(
