Men: Bone, K. Walker, Eglinski, Scarbrough, Bergeron. Balter was 6th, after that not sure. (Brian May and Platt were first Americans, but not competing for team; Brian is dual citizen US/Canada, living in Minnesota now.)
Women: Kristen Hall (petition), plus P. Brautigan, Dickison, Williams, Bresemen. Crawford was next.

Congratulations to the fine squad! Keep us posted on your training and development and we will keep our fingers crossed for you. Who is going to coach the team? Stanislav? Would be really nice if women would join the trend and post their training here too. It creates some motivation and inspiration for all.
