Awesome! I've always wanted to do that. I often have to resist the urge to drop-kick yippy little dogs that attack me (off leash) in the park. But of course the dog is not the guilty party in such cases, so it hardly seems fair. Drop kicking the owner would be more satisfying, but probably land you in jail.

Or the dog owners that don't pick up after their dogs esp. in winter, so when the snow melts, if you want to run in the grass alongside a running/walking trail you're just stepping s#|t ?
I'd love to catch an owner in the act, then figure out where they live, and 'return' the little gift. "Ding, dong". "I just happened to notice - you seem to have forgotten this." "And this, and this..." In practice, that's a little too gross for me(and too likely to give me an arrest record), but I'd love it if someone else did that to the negligent owners.

Eddie, I'm glad to hear someone else gets the kicking little doggies urge. I was beginning to think I had some kind of problem. ... as in, a new problem.

Isn't there some law in Sweden that says dogs can poop on anyone's property, as long as they don't poop right next to the owner's house? Although I always scoop when I'm walking dogs, I can understand why many people don't: it's not pleasant.

By the way, here's my latest annoying dog owner story:
As I was setting or picking up controls for one of my orienteering classes at a park near Seattle, I was running along a trail toward a little dog and its owner. The dog (which was illegally off-leash) started barking wildly and jumping around like it would jump on me (if only it weren't scared). The owner said urgently, "please stop running", to which I was dumbfounded. I ran right by, and the dog remained more or less with its owner.

By kicking a small dog and observing the trajectory of its flight the wise one can scientifically generate a prognosis for the weather next day.

I never pay attention to small dogs off leash, my problem in Forest Park are doberman-pichers and German sheppards etc.

celine dion had a major problem with dogs in the middle distance final in italy. prior to her encounter she was in 10th place or so...

the dog was bigger than her too, so there wasn't much she could do.
