| Torino: | That might be a way of doing it if you seem to be able to loosen it up with the PT exercises. Maybe, next time you just try to run 20 min and apply the different type of muscle contractions that you learned? Then, if you CAN run 20 min, try to do it 2x20 min morning and evening?
It seems as if you have to teach your muscles to work in different ways than what they were used to for 30some years :-( which takes time. |

| Ratlaf: | yep, it's definitely a re-learning experience for the muscles, and I'm trying to be as patient as I can, but I'm also seeing progress so I'm hopeful.
Mostly it seems to be my bad posture and lack of strength in my lower back, which the PT exercises are addressing, but again, I'm trying to fix years worth... |
