Heffer: What are these? I keep seeing them in your warm up and cool down, without any idea what they are! If it makes doing a warmup more interesting I want to know about it :P

kazza: Maybe not so much INTERESTING, but certainly embarrassing when done in the middle of a busy car park! It's as close to dancing as Russell gets these days !! lol

StK66: Hi Heffer - obviously running patterns are something I do which embarrasses others. Just things I do over 20-30 meres, nothing special, but a variation on jogging. Side shuffles, forwards / backwards, running cross over steps, grape vine steps, zig zag with step - whatever the mood dictates I guess. See lots of people doing this sort of thing. I just call them running patterns to help me remember. Sorry to take so long to get back to you.
