| JPC: | I was 12/141 for age group and 49/517 for females. I'm re thinking my retirement. I think I need to get some sprint time in and take top for my devision at least... you slowed for a side ache? or wuss-itis? I was in pain too since you fed me that poisonous banana. I keep replaying over and over in my head that last 5th of a mile.. so sweet! |

| MAC: | Stay in retirement. I will soon own all the shorter race distances. Then I'm coming after you in the 13 mile cougar run. |

| JPC: | I am going out undefeated... so you can't own them. Even if you get better time, it could all be conditions etc.. so right now I own you! Cougar 13 miler? well maybe if you don't get a side ache or ER you might come within 30 minutes of my time.. then I'm moving to the ultra and I don't expect to ever see you out there |

| ebone: | Nice job, MAC! That's not an especially fast course, either. It is fun at night though.
Poisonous banana? I won't ask. :-) I love the trash talk--awesome! |

| MAC: | Thanks Eric. Nice to see your keeping in touch with your fellow seattlites while your off beating up on european orienteers!
I'm thinking I'll have to plan my first defeat of Jill at a Northwest Trail Run. I'm currently working on a suitable victory dance. |

| JPC: | Mac -You dance... can't wait, might throw the race... |

| Stinky Pete: | MAC, don't worry about Jill. I'll be in the woods waiting for her near the finish. If she comes through first, i'll take her out.
Jill, if you see some guy gimping around the woods with one leg larger than the other, look out cause I'll be carrying a large stick. Maybe a song and dance would be good. |

| JPC: | you have it out for me? I always did like you... well now that I know your there... you watch out!
as for Mac... I will share in his victory.. you should have seen his stride when he first started running... he nearly ran in one place, after constant coaching him he finally is moving... one time he was still at the start line running in place when I finished. I will welcome Dan's victory because I coached him. |

| Stinky Pete: | I'm just in it for the underdog, downtrodden, abused and neglected. I'm not sure that your ego could sustain a loss to Dan. You may need to start getting some counselling now to cushon your landing. |

| MAC: | JPC, You'll probably need to put the counselor on retainer. First is the 5k, the 10k, then half marathon, then the marathon, then.... |
