| Rosstopher: | I am currently recovering by standing/walking. the last CSU track workout that I did with Clem and Ian F we did a jogging recovery, which was pretty good actually. I think that the article is right to insist at jogging recovery...it's just hard to change a workout once you have a set way to run it. Also, I think the article would be vastly over-estimating my track abilities if it really believes that 4x8 is me deserving a break :) |
