| Wyatt: | Go for a walk around the neighborhood at least... get some fresh air... Or even just post something about a walk you're going to do on AP. I'm going for a walk. And once I click submit, I'll feel guilty if I don't do it :) |

| Sandy: | Oh I've been getting plenty of fresh air and even exercise - been doing lots of major yard work - that's not the issue. I'm just not in a particularly positive frame of mind at the moment and goals related to orienteering seem to have all but disappeared. |

| Rosstopher: | That's the amazing thing about orienteering. It's a very patient sport. It will wait around until you come back, and it will love you just the same as when you left. That's the mark of a true friend :) hope the positivity returns soon! |

| triple-double: | Do you know if there is anything in particular that's causing this o'blues? As Vadim would say--that's "noski". But you have many fans, whether you are hiking, or orienteering, or adventure racing, or weeding your yard :). By the way, when are you flying out to O-ringen? I'm so jealous of this amazing trip! Enjoy your travels, and maybe the exciting and dynamic atmosphere will re-ignite the orienteering motivation. |

| j-man: | HI Sandy,
Nothing beats Sweden for a cure to all mental and physical malaise. I think you will get a nice (re)charge out of your trip. A change of scenery is always a good thing! I look forward to seeing you there. |
