| Ali: | She's very fast now! Good result to be so close to Liz though. And I've given up hope of ever beating Julia in the UK - she's coming to Switzerland at the end of Aug and we're taking her to a local event where I'm going to try my hardest (but she'll probably still thrash me!) |

| Loopy Lou: | Yeah she is, though I beat her on the devils dyke, by quite a bit more than I thought I would. I find sprint races hard, as I'm barely warm by the time it's over. But I really enjoy them when they are around buildings, I find the long legs where everyone can see you a struggle.
Oh cool that Julia is coming over! Tim & I would love to at some point too.... :o) |
