| j-man: | Good for you! I haven't. Do you just want to meet at the airport tomorrow? Or rendezvous somewhere else? |

| Sandy: | Good luck at WOC (both of you). Thanks, Ross, for your encouraging words on my log the other day. |

| cmorse: | Have fun Ross, run clean, run fast.... |

| kissy: | I'm going to miss all of your pithy little AP comments. You've been very busy this week. Have a great time in Europe and run really, really fast! |

| Rosstopher: | Hey Clem, airport is going to be the safest bet for me. Don't worry the passport got packed first. I'm leaving from work and I just don't know if I'll be organized enough to do more than just make it to the gate :)
And thanks so much for the support guys! I'll try to keep up with a little AP time while I'm over there, but most likely I'll have to spend all my free time beating Eric, Sam and Hilly at cards :) |

| walk: | Go get 'em, Ross! |

| Swampfox: | The rumor in the saloons out this way is that anyone who sits down for some poker with Ross is a fool, and about to become a poorer fool. Keep an eye out for Czeckified moose, Ross! Doubt you'll see any, but you never know. Also keep an eye out for nettles. You'll definitely see some of those puppies. |

| Rosstopher: | I'm really excited to get out onto the map tomorrow and find some of the storied and hallowed moose nettles :) feel fit, refreshed, and (knock on wood) no jet lag yet :) |
| # Posted 2008-07-11 02:48:37 | |
| bubo: | We (the course setters) will do our best to provide every runner on the team with whatever they need - so a bunch of nettles will be no problem at all ;-)
PS. We havenīt found any saloons yet, but the food court in the nearby shopping mall was a good substitute... |

| iamsinht: | Ross: You play poker? |

| Swampfox: | Jet lag is way overrated. Most people who experience jet lag have talked themselves into it, and are likely to believe in things like the Easter Rabbit and efficacy of vitamin pills too. Real orienteers travel, arrive, and do whatever is time appropriate at the destination, and enjoy the stinging moose nettles like a real man/woman should.
Many people are hoping that if anyone complains about jet lag, Bubo will herd them up and make them do many sprints up steep hills in the nettles until they come to their moose senses. ; ) |
