Kat: I know what that's like - running in hot and humid conditions sucks. If possible, try to do your harder workouts in the morning/evening when it is cooler or right after it rains (or even during!). Or, as z-man suggests, run in the shade on trails. If that's not possible, perhaps you can at least bring along a water bottle with some frozen ice in it so you can drink between intervals and pour cold water over your head - that feels amazing. Otherwise, not much else I can say...I hate running in hot weather.

Kseniya: ye thanks for the suggestions, I do despise this hot humid NE weather but I have no choice but to train in it. trails are at least in the shade so will try to do my runs in the woods. 1 more week to tough it out..
