dlevine: New routine is 200 free; 100 breast (times six) with the last 50 free anyway. It's slightly more freestyle heavy than the old routine (100 free, 100 breast, 100 free, 100 breast, 100 free (times 3.6).

It is presumably a little bit faster. I haven't calibrated yet (not enough data) but I'd guess about a half minute faster (figuring 10 seconds per lap difference between free and breast).
