| O Steve!: | ...if we had been watching our compass we would have known we were not headed in the right direction....we were confident that we were on the right trail and were not checking it....it also went to a lake but there was no island.....we thought maybe the water was low enough to fill in the water area....lots of wishful thinking.....Dan and I both agreed we should have backed out earlier but we didnt....lesson learned...again and again.... |
