| iansmith: | What the deuce are power skips, 1-legged squats and murphies? Please tell me a 1 legged squat isn't raising and lowering your body in a squatting motion with only one leg on the ground, doing all the work (poor leg, etc).
Today's attackpoint comment brought to you by the following definitions/spellings (and the letter k). precedent - a decision or case which provides justification for subsequent decisions (an act which precedes) president - an chief officer as of a company or government (one who presides) |

| Lori: | That is what a 1-legged squat is. (Poor leg indeed.)
Power skips are basically skipping but hopping much higher in the air than a normal skip would. Murphies are a jumping-jack followed immediately by jumping down into a push-up position and then jumping back up to standing to do another jumping jack. I knew I was spelling precedent incorrectly, but I couldn't figuer out what the correct spellng was and president was at least a word... |
