Marten: 2 trainings today one day after a race. Ist this not to match for your body? where there the recovery remains?

kurthu: Don't worry, 1:40 of easy running at HR 122 actually means recovery, I think. I didn't feel exhausted after yesterday's half hour race.
I saw you did a workout of similar length today...
By the way, welcome at Attackpoint and congratulation to your fine result of yesterday.
