| fthfl stwrd rudy: | My trips to Europe did seem to reveal a special patina of cleanliness, neatness, care, as you say. What causes that? People's subtle attitudes? It may partly be 'travelers perspective' - because a traveler has expectations of seeing new things, they do. |
