In spite of this, you still seemed to manage a credible run at the Maxi last week. Like you, I overdressed for the occasion...as the sun came out I overheated and slowed dramatically. I thought about stopping and disrobing, but it seemed easier to just slow down and stay cooler. I thought the 3 hour format was good - value for money/time spent.
