| iriharding: | Stephen , let me know when you are going to do another night on the town ... I might just schedule the swim race for the next day ... hope the pictures that you have are not in the same league as the ones from Mike's birthday party of my soon-to-be rogaine partner (who needs to get moving with his training ..... ) |

| Jerritt: | Stephen,
reading your log...is this how you prepare yourself better for a tri? Even at my age I know I am not in my twenties anymore, but sometimes you just gotta do it. Ian, I noticed you didn't call me to join me on my run today. You might have great bike legs, but not sure if the Roagine is a bike event this year or not. (Sorry to use your log to air our team's dirty laundry Stephen.) BTW, I wear a 10-10 1/2 in shoes. I would love to take the Cervalo for a ride. |

| O Steve!: | ....Im glad the race was on Sunday....I needed the two days to get back to norm.....
you guys could use some of our "love fest" vibe on your team.... JJ, I have speedplay pedals and have 9 1/2 bike shoes although I think I have a pair that you might squeeze into....I think the bike would fit you...I am 5 ft 10" with a 32 inseam...if you want to take it for a spin you are more than welcome....heck, we can slap on the disk wheel and the Hed 3 tri spoke up front and you can take it for a run on the cedar lake trails/greenway trails...4/5 years ago some guys were running this bike/wheel combo in the Tour de France Time Trials...give you a real feel of what pure speed feels like... |

| iriharding: | JJ.... see you did a really long run on Sunday..... sorry I missed that . I am still low on blood from deerfly attacks on July 11th at Chippewa County Forest ....I opted for the bike because it was so humid and I wanted the cooling effect (and also wanted to be home by noon to get a whole bunch of stuff done at home (gutters, cut the lawn , other garden stuff , AR follow up etc ) .
I will promise to get more running in and leave my bike in the garage so that i can keep up with you for the rogaine. |

| Jerritt: | Sweet. I am totally up for a ride. I can get my feet into 9 1/2. We just need to figure out a time.
Ian, I was home by noon, icebath by 12:30, napping by 1:00. I started just after 7 and the humidity didn't seem that bad. |

| O Steve!: | if you want to take it out after the Wirth Sprints its ready to go....or you can do it some other time.... |

| Jerritt: | It looks like I am going to have the kids with me at the sprint. If that changes I will definitely let you know. I still have delusions that I could be Greg LeMond in the Paris time trial. |

| O Steve!: | I would definately have my money on you in a XC ski race against Greg these days......I think I actually beat him at the Birkie by 15 minutes or so a few years back....but then he accused me of doping : ) |
