kissy: Good luck tomorrow (or today, I guess). You'll be so happy when you're painfree, again.

vmeyer: Ditto from me. I have missed seeing you "in the woods."

Nadim: Thanks. I'll let you know how it goes. It starts in a couple of hours.

maprunner: Best wishes for a speedy recovery!

peggyd: The doc said, post-op, that Nadim was "perfect." I told him that's why I'm keeping him.

peggyd: Oh, and we got some gory color photos of the inside of Nadim's knee. Soon to be posted here. ;-)

Swampfox: I had to skip past the photos as surgery photos are really not my thing, but I sure hope the surgery will yield you the results you wanted; best wishes!

Nadim: Thanks and sorry about the photos being a bit much. I hadn't seen many surgery photos myself and I didn't think these were gory like Peggy did. Since they were internal views of small areas they looked more abstract. To me they were interesting since it showed a direct cause of pain whereas so many times we're left guessing. I hope the surgery does it for me too. Perhaps all I want to do is something like this:

Good luck to you with the US Champs! I'd would have enjoyed racing in them this year.

vmeyer: Glad to hear that you should be pain free soon, Nadim!

Swampfox: Holy cow--is that pac-man in a swedish colored shirt?! And why is he wearing J-J's sandals?

#  Posted 2008-07-25 21:41:55
Nadim: J-J got to him early and sees him at A-meets. You'll have to come east more frequently to vie for influence. The swedish shirt was Peggy's touch.

Swampfox: The photos weren't bad at all, but then, I'm not that good when it comes stuff that looks like it could have come straight from a medical textbook. ; )
