superwes1000: The BSR needs to triangulate with training effort. i.e. a 10-1 BSR is not nearly as impressive as a 5:5 BSR with a 2 hour run the next morning. It's harder than falling off a mountain, harvesting rice or making a sub, but you can do it!

Meridian: Good stuff Wes. BSR was high this week but no training effort was involved. So I failed the test. TnThursday now that you have the wheels? Stop over at TV's place after for a beer. You know you want to.
