vmeyer: nothing, nothing, nothing, great big long workout, nothing, nothing, bit o' yoga, nothing, nothing, great big long thing, etc. I'm not sure that it's working.

You are not supposed to be emulating my slide in slothdom!

Bash: Are you kidding? You've become the cycling queen while I've been busy packing on the pounds!

vmeyer: OK, maybe not the last fews weeks, but the months before that when it was long one day, then maybe something else long the next day, and then 5 days off to recover, and then repeat.

I have a feeling that your upcoming events will bounce you out of it faster than I usually do.

Bash: Our next event is a 4-day stage adventure race. Really, other than maintaining basic fitness, health and nutrition over the next 3 weeks, I don't think there's much I can do at this point to affect my performance in such a long race. Either I've got that much endurance, or I don't - but it's too late to build it up now. (Yay, there's my excuse for continuing to be a slug!)
