The different intensity function is only available if you do a donation to Ken, the developer of attackpoint : http://www.attackpoint.org/donate.jsp As he is one of us orienteer it felt easy for me to support him. |

| casser: | yep - training has been going well while you dudes has been racing at WOC and motivated o geeks like me around the world. It seemed to go okay for you considering your irritating hip (it was very tight in the results for a long distance) - but I guess it is not satisfying not to be able to do your 100% best at a WOC and World Cups....and yep a wee donation is the least I could do with the great job Ken has done with this site - which miraculously has kept my training going for a couple of months after a long while of being an occational exercise person after retiring as a try to be an international elite.
