| Rachel: | Ha,ha. I remember Craig telling me the King of the Mountain WAMC run was pretty flat apart from the last bit up to Fred Jacoby Park. Funnily enough I found a whole lot of extra hills popped up when I did it:)
From reading your log though it could be something to do with going where you are supposed to?? |

| Craig: | Actually I thought I set it for more like 60-65 minutes. It has definitely got a bit thicker since I did the taping but I still wouldn't call it thick, prickly or steep. I got lots of positive feedback from people commenting on how it was possible to avoid almost all of the thicker stuff with careful route choice. |

| fletch: | Did anyone beat Kellie's 115 min??
I wonder how long I would have taken if I'd held the km rate I had thru the first 5? Kellie seemed to think she was pretty clean, so given that I caught her at number 2, maybe I was just pushing too hard to soon. It just felt like I started at about Killamunda challenge pace and got slower... I certainly felt much healthier and less tired today, so maybe I also wasn't 100% healthy The comments about going through extra green are also valid... but I didn't see an easy way to do the first leg and the vegetation certainly sisn't make for easy going up the hill. |
