ebuckley: You've got a lot of years ahead of you for orienteering. You don't have too much more time with a professional coach. Most of all, keep yourself healthy! Ya can't win if ya can't race.

Kat: It's great that your feet are well enough to do running races again! You are really speedy and I am sure you will feel more confident and fit after several months of team practice. Good luck!

coach: Yeah, I'd say to stick with the running training and your team, it will pay off in many ways.
Navigating is mostly a mind game, you just have to practice telling yourself the right way to do it, then just follow through on the course, (that IS the hard part!).
