| Bash: | The ladder was the way up to the rappel, which was located on a sheer cliff that we encountered during the coasteering section. To avoid line-ups, only one team member went up the ladder, traversed along a ledge, then rappelled down. 'Bent went up, and for the rest of us, it was a welcome rest and chat-with-other-teams time. |

I prefer a good ascent to a cold swim. |
