| cmpbllv: | I almost suggested you take the profile that generally gets offered to cadets for 2 weeks after running a marathon since such efforts do a number on your body...but I figured you'd be smart enough to beg out if you were in real pain. That's an impressive performance (all around) for having just run for 4+ hours on Sunday.
btw, the PU and SU are as much technique as they are strength. Once you get that figured out, the max is never far out of reach...it's just a matter of how much you hurt the next day! |
