I feel that after London I should be ready to go,go,go ............but clearly knackered if only from all the walking and lack of sleep. Will go swimming tomorrow evening unless an obvious bug appears, but perhaps I'll focus on technique rather than overtaking as many blokes as possible - childish but great fun.
Try swimming underneath people, that's quite a good laugh... although I haven't tried it for a while!
It's far more difficult these days as I have excellent buoyancy. Did however do some decent aqua-jogging and was surprised how high the heart rate went. Must remember to pack sticky socks as the pool tiles are slippy and it's only deep enough in the last 1/3 of each length.
