its not called the 3 sisters!! its called highwood road trail!

Bollocks - everyone knows it as the 3 Sisters

ive run up that hill so many times and to me it doesnt have three part, its just one big f**king hill

im agreeing with kurt.... he can provide proof... until someones provides proof of it being the 3 sisters it isnt the 3 sisters....

First time i ran up it two weeks ago i asked matt "is this meant to be the 2nd sister?" with the reply " no its still part of the first one I think". But after we apparently ran the 2nd sister we were at the top. So if mat doesnt even know where the three peaks are it must be one big F@#k off hill. And highwood rd trail sounds better. Every time i hear three sisters mentioned i think of blue mountains.

its 3 sisters (or a much less polite version if its at the end of a long run/ride). bcc names for gap creek trails are gay.

The 3 sisters is a climb in Samford state forest. Ive always know the climb in Gap Creek as Highwood road (not "Highwood road trail"), cant remember it even being called the 3 sisters.

Yes, but it is not a road, and it comes off highwood rd so therefore technically it is called Highwood Rd Trail.

How about "who gives a !@# " what the trail is called and we all just call it what we want too. Does that sound easy enouigh??

Just cause i hate to see a pointless comment thread die. I think Kurt that before Coo-tha was designated a forest reserve, Highwood road continued from where it stops now up to the summit road, hence the name.
