Glad the ankle brace worked.
And instant oatmeal with extra brown sugar and extra raisins must be pretty good on the weight/calorie ratio - and more appealing at 5:30am than cous cous :-)

thanks thanks! (although did actually do it last year- but an easier course, in better weather!) think you could be right on the instant oatmeal idea, the cous cous just wasn't too tempting in the morning! =)
