You know what, I think you should!

As long as you eat less cheese than me its loads less fattier than a meaty diet. Just make sure you get enough protein (Beans + Eggs!)

I dunno much about this new training plan but make sure you don't train hard when your knackered, it won't give you as much benefit and you'll break yourself...

not sure iv felt a difference going veggie but mentally made me feel more confident about what im eating and i generally eat healthier because of it!!
So i would if you can still get all the protein etc

Being veggie means you have to think a lot more seriously about where you get your proportions of each area from. Do no scrimp on protein - it's a must as a growing and strengthening athlete.

The night before I compete, I like to have steak. Meat is especially important for female athletes because it provides them with the nutrients they need to perform at their best.

I've made my mind up, I'm not going vegetarian again!
Reasons being:
I love ham :)
I hate beans, so wouldnt get good protein
and I don't like eating cheese and eggs so wouldnt there either.

So Haze, I'm sticking to good old meat ;)
