have you been wearing shoes with no arch support in?
I think you probably have. No matter how many times I warn all the ladies about it......
It's a painful injury and won't go away without lots of stretching and some very painful physio sessions - get booked in. Meantime ice the area of pain, gently massage it and do calf stretches (bent leg ones and also ones where you bend your toes up against the wall and stretch your calf from there). A calf massage may also help too.

na i meant it in a nice way! not in a bitchy way! hate being injured so am genuinely gutted for you... but yeah definately go and see a physio. hope it gets better soon xxx

oh sorry for misunderstanding you haze, my best mate says gutted a lot like in 'haha gutted' way. knew you'd only be joing though if you were saying it that way

i wear a mixture of shoes :)
