fake crab has less cholestorol than real crab, so it balances out the spam dinner nicely. are these recipes sort of the food equivalent of camp 70's revival movies?

yes, that is the exact recipe book I am cooking out of!!! and yeah, I had this vague idea that fake crab was basically a very nice fish-type-thing with some perhaps questionable orangey stuff added... tasty & fun, at any rate!
