Hi Jules,
if you are feeling ill, just be careful not to train too hard. You don't want to make yourself worse. I am also struggling to get in touch with you as I can't get your email to work. Can you email me so I can reply or have you changed your address. I'll be at the event on sat morning if you are running. We need to meet up. Feels like we haven't chatted for ages. I would like to arrange training for the Christmas period if you are around as I have some spare time. I'd also like to assess your injuries.

Take it easy for a few days until u feel better. don't go and work too hard or you could end up more ill..not good.
