No skips for Igor - impressive!

Was this the first year for 'no double skip'? It almost seems that allowing a double skip could have tempted some people away from the near unanimous single skip, #22. However, there were certainly lots of choices for the second skip - as we await Eric's analysis.

I think Igor didn't quite get the concept. There was definitely a language issue there. Shiffman (the only other Russian speaker present) tried to explain everything to him. We were together at 14 but he dropped back quite a bit going to 15. I don't think he saw that I went straight to 17 (16 was my first skip).

Thanks again to the hosts of the Trot and the KS Champs. It is always a fun weekend, and this year was no exception.
