so swimming is out, eh? i've been trying to think of an alter-native w/o success - have you come up with anything?

yeah, I am hoping I can do it some more soon but I gotta get health back in order first. should focus a bit and do more remedial strength stuff too, but have not done the required focussing - perhaps soon-ish...
