Sorry for it, but I thought it may be good advice to people in similar situations :)
Good advice Julia but don't get too worried - main thing is just to let your body recover ASAP, wait until the day after you think you should to start training again (Oli is in the same boat and being equally over dramatic).

There is NOTHING more frustrating than being ill and unable to train 'cos it feels like everyone is running away from you - but it's SO worth it :) Good stuff Julia. Get well soon!
It is very frustrating, but to make it worse:
1. It's nearly xmas, I don't want to be ill for it
2. It's the holidays where I wanted to train shit loads technically
3. Im not burning the food I eat off by not training so I'm guna get faaaaat over xmas ;)
and 4. Im off to Denmark on Sunday and I dont want to go with a snotty nose and coughing loads haha
