jfredrickson: I remember running on this map. It was my first JWOC competition and I think I blew the first control by a couple minutes before being caught up by a Dane. Then we both got hopelessly lost in the sand dunes. I think that was definitely one of the toughest maps I have ever run on, though I would be really excited to be able to run it again now that I have a couple more years of experience under my belt. Sounds like a nice place to be at the end of February.

BorisGr: I think it's much, much easier running there without the prssure and adrenaline of JWOC - one of these places where it's easy to run very fast if you always have map contact, but very easy to get hopelessly lost if you lose it for just a bit. You have the results from those races anywhere, by the way?

jfredrickson: I don't have them, but they should still be up online somewhere I imagine.
