My knee was quite sore today and I was tired on SMT but the boys were hurtin' from the race and so it allowed me to keep up today.

I'm hurting too - my calves are killing me. I haven't done anything longer than 12 km since the Toronto half over 2.5 months ago....hahaha!

Sherpa good showing! I saw you push through the end really strong with your friends on the last stretch thinking, I wish I could do that. I was destroyed!!! I'm still stiff today:(

I'm glad we met up. I'm sore too, but just imagine how worse we'd be if we hadn't downed that 'recovery' Guinness after the race. We'll have to do this again next year. :)

With Paul in Alberta now I expect a visit every few years;) Good times indeed, we'll have to plan something longer one of these days when I'm back for an extended period. Have fun in the Adirondacks!
