Discussion: Run A-Meet Courses for Free at West Point

Bob Turbyfill asked me to pass along the following information... Sounds like a great offer for anyone who can't make the actual event in May.

The West Point "A" Meet this year will be held on May 6-7. Anyone who cannot
compete that weekend but would like to run the courses in advance may come
and run the same courses for FREE anytime between April 2 and April 23.
They would like to concentrate on the weekends of April 8-9, 15-16 and 22-23
but can also accommodate mid-week vetters.

If you are interested, the Vetter Coordinator for this year's events is
Rick Hoff at Richard.Hoff@usma.edu or at 845-764-9010 (Home). You may
arrange with him for meeting places and start times. Please contact him by
25 March so that he can plan complete coverage of the courses.

The cadets would like all ages to come and give it a try. They need your
feedback to help make this year's event successful. You will not be able to
keep the map you use but, if you are really nice to the Vetter Coordinator
he may send you your map after the competition weekend.
