Izzy B:
I am looking into the possibility of organizing a score-O ("Orientação estilo Fazenda") in Fortaleza, Brazil, in August of this year. I have made contact with an orienteer there. I do have a Brazilian friend (and babelfish) helping me translate, but the ideal thing would be to have someone who orienteers and speaks Portuguese and English. I think communication would be more efficient that way.

And suddenly time is of the essence, so a phone call might be involved.

Here's what babelfish says he wrote to me:

"Answering the questions, I inform that we count in such a way on some maps of orientation in Cortaleza as in some places of the region metropolitan, all in conditions to take care of its necessities. The displacement for the place of the activities in bus will be possible, however, it will be necessary to know if the group will have this availability or if we will have that to providênciar the bus. We call this formatting "Orientation style Farm", where a daily pay-definitive passage does not exist, or either, each team traç its proper strategy and chooses the sequência of the Points of control to be visited. We go in keeping them always in contact to carry through them the event in the best possible way, Ok to me. A smack, Wladi"

(And yeah, Isabel had signed into AP on our computer earlier, so it was really Barb who posted that...)
