But are you sure that it's a good idea to start in a fast competition so soon? Especially when it was maybe another fast competition that caused the injury?
The other competion wasn´t fast ;-), so don´t think about that.
He´s right. What caused the injury was over stretching and a snowy and icy track during the race. (46min really was slow)
Well, tell that my legs, that 46 min. over 10km is slow ;)
