hmmm. OK, how taking it easier today WAS gonna be by not walkin' so much, how losing weight is by not eating my usual 4th meal just before going to bed (Gah!!! I Know!!! so unhealthy!) and by controlling hi-scrumptious-rating treats to 3 or 4 a week - since this regime seems too strenuous, I'm gonna (1) walk A Bit Less (maybe) and (2) have a little more treatage in my life cuz treats make me happy. But the eating 4 meals seems superfluous now, plus not ideally healthy altho in the past it was an easy & fun way to keep from losing weight. That or eating butter with a spoon also mighty fun. Now tho metabolism is slowing down some as I head for the five-oh....
