MrPither: Good to see you starting to feel more rested. one more week, then it's all over!

Hammer: I think I've recovered from that fatigue but have to stay away from the donuts. This rrrrrroll up the rrrrrrim contest has quadrupled my annual donut intake - although 6 for 11 on roll up wins is more wins than the last 5 years combined!

Bender: Since when do donuts come in cups???

Okay here goes my rrrroll-up.... Ahhh, a big fat "Please Play Again"!

This must be the first live rrrrrolll up the rrrrim on AP. No Timbits to go with this tasty brew.

Hammer: You can't buy a hot chocolate without a donut man!

The IPO was crazy eh!

Bash: Tim Horton's Nutrition Information says that:

10 oz Hot Chocolate = 220 calories, 4.5 g fat
Chocolate Glazed Donut = 270 calories, 11 g fat

That's about 20% of the calories and fat you should consume in a day, without the added burden of any actual nutrition. (In fact, that is not entirely true. I had no idea that a Chocolate Glazed donut is a handy way to get 15% of your daily iron requirement.)

You may need to learn to drink Tim's coffee instead, like the rest of us!

P.S. I haven't noticed you posting your weight lately, so I guess you've lost those 4 kg you mentioned. ;-)

P.P.S. It's a good thing you didn't see what I had for dessert tonight, or I'd be accused of major hypocrisy.

Hammer: Mmmmm donutsssss.......

Tiny: Bash, you mean I'm only supposed to get 1300 calories a day??? Based on those numbers I'm eating for 3.

#  Posted 2006-03-28 08:56:33
Bash: Hot choc + donut = about 500 calories. Since Hammer is in the process of losing 4 kg, I was allowing him 2500 calories/day on a work day. Hence about 20%. Don't worry - you get to have more calories. And unfortunately, I should have much less. :-((
