I don't think that you should read too much into some of the articles attached above. They are non-scientific. The only one I think is of any value is the first one about the female triathlete. I will get bak to you as soon as I have a proposed plan of action. In the meantime sleep, rest, eat and drink well and keep your mind active with O maps.
This is your big test to see if you can come back bigger and better - but all in good time.
