Kat: Hey, Sandra!

Next time we see each other, you have to show me some of the core strength and plyometrics exercises you do. Since I'm currently injured, I've been checking out all types of alternative forms of exercise (such as gympa and spinning) and really enjoying it. Sadly, I don't have a gym near me in Oxford that's this good, so over there it's easier if I do strength stuff on my own. But doing the same routine by myself gets boring so I'm always on the look-out for new good exercises to do. You seem to have something that works and I'd love to try it out! :)

szurcher: I would love to show you. I am also just learning how to do the plyometrics. Too bad that I got pretty sick right afterwards, because I have been sore for days, and I think that would have gone away if I could have run or done some sort of movement. Lying in bed sure didn't help.

Kat: It seems that no matter how much we try to stay warm and eat right and take care of ourselves, we still get sick. :(

Hope you feel better soon!
