Atropos: A raised eyebrow and a question mark. Maybe you should start chugging back some protein powder while you are at it. LOL.

pi: She told me my tummy didn't meet her standard. It broke my heart. Does that powder give me an instant six pack look?

salal: I told you it was as good as mine ;)

salal: Meghan is the only one here who actually builds muscle, Magnus and I are lost causes on the six pack front.

Unless you intend to do alot of weight training to go with it protein powder is not a good idea. My prof said today that you do not actually need any extra protein supplement (for weightlifting), just increase your dietary intake a bit (5%)... all that supplement stuff is really just a load of whooey. For endurance training you really just have to eat more carbs, although this may not aid you in the quest for a sexy tummy!!!

Atropos: Yes, it doesn't matter that you can both run way faster than me because I have a ripped tummy.

You should make it a goal Magnus to enter one of those Mr. Universe competitions. You can look like Arnie. LOL.

Atropos: Not at all. It is more like a freakshow at the circus that is so gruesome you can't take your eyes away from it. Some definition is nice ;-) but too much is gross.
